Why DFT?
Three words we stand by.
Modern
It shapes best practice rather than following it. It brings opportunities. It stays a step ahead. It wants the best for its Clients: tomorrow, today. It does good, and always better.
Proven
Its practice is proven: its Clients are not guinea pigs. Steady and balanced, it has proved its development services in hundreds of projects. As a developer, it teaches its Clients the way it works itself, and it works so as to deserve to be an example.
Reliable
Its word counts; it can be relied on. It makes agreements with its Clients and at least keeps them, but would rather exceed them. A responsible partner.
All 30 points
The Client at the centre
- Our most credible references are our former Clients: more than 1,000 partners
- You, the External Client, are at the centre of our operating system
- We always have just one Client: you
- We are our Client’s own delivery team. We work as if we were doing it for ourselves
- We value one forint just as highly as 100 million
- We believe in long-term partnerships
- For us, the work begins where the Client hits a wall, or lacks the competence or the capacity
Experience and strength
- We have been operating since 1993, with a strong organisational tradition
- We have great strength in delivering projects
- You can trust us with a project of any size from HUF 40,000 to HUF 1.5 billion: we have experience in it
- We do not experiment on our Clients: we have already made every mistake there was to make
- We know what a mistake costs
- We can mobilise a large, well-prepared team
Our own approach
- We know that the only constant is change, so we want to make development constant. We believe in continuous improvement
- We have our own concepts of value creation, operation and development. We do not follow; others follow us
- We develop people, not paperwork
- At any time, we can name at least the next 3 opportunities to serve you with development
How do we work?
- We believe in what we do. We work with commitment
- We see the risks clearly and work in a system of prevention
- We make agreements and work to at least keep them, but would rather exceed them
- We work in a proactive operating system
- We work with firm rules, but flexibly where it is possible and worthwhile
- We work in a standardised way: stability is our feet, development our hands
- We work transparently
- We work with measurable results
- We work with a focus on solutions
- We do not work with boxed products: what we do is tailored to the Client, and we step outside the usual frameworks
- We work without settling for less than the best possible
- We mean to work, we love to work, we know how to work
Why not DFT?

All 7 parts of our Identity
01 · Credo
We have to start with ourselves. Again and again. First of all, everything we teach and advise on must be true of us. We set the standard ourselves, and we want to be the standard for the Clients who choose us. This responsibility is a great opportunity for every one of our colleagues – by being the first to meet the standard – to do good for our Clients and to do their work better every day.
02 · Our intention
Word and deed · Thought and action · Language and soul · Mind and heart · Knowledge and faith · Expertise and thirst for knowledge · Self-confidence and humility · Originality and order · Vision and mission · Client and supplier
In harmony
03 · Our vision is in the present
We are developers. We develop people, organisations and communities.
We deliver projects. We bring development ideas and carry them out, from grant funding where possible. We have one product: delivering the development project.
We are innovators. We look ahead, bring the new and renew. We deliver.
We are committed to our work. Our intention: to work. We love to work. We know how to work.

04 · Direction
Traditional direction education and training (licensed adult-education institution) · event organisation and communication services · project delivery · grant writing and grant project management
Defining new directions analysis and consulting · knowledge products, Hungarian and international knowledge transfer · digitalised development
05 · Our mission
The eternal client is our reality. Our intention is to be better suppliers, of whom the Client feels that we know better what they need than they do themselves. Our aim is for our Clients to bring out the best in themselves and in their opportunities – more than they ever imagined of themselves. By helping our Clients achieve their goals, we also serve our wider community. We seek our Clients’ satisfaction only within limits where we still recognise ourselves, our intentions and the right measure. We want to do good and do our work better every day.
06 · The value we create
The value we create is that our Clients develop. We provide the framework, the direction and the steps.
07 · Our core principles
Simplicity · Transparency · Strong resolve · Striving for completeness · Solution focus · Prevention and proactivity · Making improvement permanent · Order and system · Community synergy · Social responsibility

- ! “30 years, 30 reasons”: as a slogan it awaits DFT’s approval; every factual line says “since 1993”.
- ! “More than 1,000 partners”: a claim without a source; the list contains 617 names.
- ! “Why else DFT?” point 2: edited; the original read “we have been operating for 30 years”; the fact is since 1993. For DFT to approve.
- ! Development concept: the “8 profiles” are not named; DFT is to supply the content of the goal × area matrix.
- ! DFTikumok: the list of the 16 items marked “also as a stand-alone training” and the descriptions of the models are missing.
- ! Titles: we chose one title per person (the fullest one from 06f); for DFT to approve.
- ! Photos: the 35 portraits are cut out of current photos; suggestion: a consistent portrait series.
- ! Trainers: the names and titles of the 25 external trainers and the 9 missing profiles are to come from DFT.
- ! Szirtesi-Nagy Réka: “over the past 12 years” will date; please give us the starting year.
- ! References: 117 names are “Being classified”; Electrolux appears in the short recommendations but not on the 617 list. Of the 617 names, 493 have a logo (124 still missing); the logos are third-party trademarks and need DFT’s approval to be shown.
- ! Cooperation: the “What kind of cooperation are you considering?” field is a proposed new HubSpot field (98737005).
