What it is about
Our mindset shapes our thinking, which in turn shapes our decisions and actions. A fixed mindset takes development opportunities away from us: when we think with a fixed mindset in certain areas, we shut ourselves off from opportunities. The test shows the ratio of the two mindsets and also reveals our mindset area by area. In the analysis we give examples of how each area works and briefly explain what fixed and growth mindset thinking means in that area.
Why measure it? Our mindset shapes our decisions and our thinking. Mindset can be changed – it is not a fixed trait we are born with. A fixed mindset takes development opportunities away from us.
Who is it for?
teachers, educators, managers, university students, researchers, directors, secondary school students, helping professionals
