Interpretation

What should the manager do with this?

The summary does not rate or rank employees: it shows the organisational pattern.

  • Generation X traits dominate in production, the Y–Z axis in customer service – the same management message lands differently in the two areas.
  • Four generations are present at once, so a uniform approach to motivation and feedback is likely to have different effects.
  • With an 87% completion rate the result is indicative, but for team-level decisions we recommend collecting the missing responses.

Sample data. The figures above are illustrations of the report structure – they do not come from real completions and should not be treated as a source of business facts.
