The process

From choosing a test to the management report in six steps

Completion and reporting run automatically. You frame the question and interpret the result – the system does the rest.

  1. Choose a test

From the catalogue, you can choose the analysis or knowledge audit that fits the question you need answered.

    Good to know

If you cannot decide, we will make a suggestion based on the question you describe in the contact form – the final decision is yours. Two tests often build on each other.

  2. Headcount and recipients

You decide how many employees to send it to, and you can enter the email addresses one by one or paste them in all at once.

    Good to know

You specify the recipient of the summary report separately. They see only the team-level result, never individual responses.

  3. Sending

Each participant can receive their own personal completion link by email.

    Good to know

Completion can be paused and resumed at any time. Respondents can follow their own progress throughout.

  4. Completion

Employees can complete it at their own pace. Most tests take 5–20 min.

    Good to know

In analyses that measure attitudes, there are no right or wrong answers. Knowledge audits, however, are scored.

  5. Individual feedback

Respondents receive their own result and its interpretation immediately on screen, and then by email as well.

    Good to know

Because employees can receive feedback too, they do not just provide information – they also benefit directly from completing it.

  6. Management summary

The aggregated report is prepared for the manager address you provided: areas, team breakdown, development focus areas.

    Good to know

Results can also be compared with later assessments, so you can track change over time.

Two levels

Two different reports from the same completion

This is what sets an organisational assessment apart from a simple online test: the employee receives self-awareness feedback, while the manager receives a picture that supports decisions – without anyone seeing individual responses.

View sample reports →
The respondent

What the respondent receives

Their own result, the written interpretation that goes with it, development suggestions, and a visual profile of the areas assessed. Only the employee sees this; the manager has no access.

The manager

What the manager receives

An aggregated report broken down by team, without individual responses: the team average for each area, the strongest and most critical areas, and guidance on where to intervene.

Ordering

Package and head count

List prices are net; VAT appears in the total. The volume discount applies automatically based on headcount. An assessment can be started with a single respondent; the management summary is produced from 3 completions.

The list price varies by assessment; the table shows the bands for the Synergy Test (HUF 2,000 / person). The discount rate is the same for every assessment.

Data handling

Who sees what?

An assessment only works if respondents can be sure that their answers will not end up in front of their manager.

Individual answersbelong to the respondent alone. Everyone receives their own result and no one else’s.

The managersees only the aggregated team report.

The summaryis produced from at least 3 completions; with fewer, individual answers could be traced back.

Results by nameare switched off by default.

  • By default, individual responses and the individual report go to the respondent only.
  • The one exception is identification by name: when ordering, the client may request to see individual results by name. In that case, respondents are told BEFORE the questionnaire starts. We do not recommend this for analyses measuring attitudes, approach or well-being – people who know their manager will see their name typically answer what is expected of them. For knowledge audits, however, it can be justified.
  • The management summary is aggregated: it contains area averages and distributions, not individual results.
  • For small groups, the team breakdown can be merged so that no single person’s result can be traced back.
