Starting points and end points

The model contains criteria by which an employee’s attitude and mindset can be made measurable, regardless of their job or position in the process.

The concept in brief

  1. In the model, questions of attitude appear as starting points and questions of mindset as end points.

  2. Each of the points can be developed, and each also needs continuous development.

  3. The starting points and end points permeate the operation of the entire organisation, from selection through development to performance appraisal.

  4. It is worth making the system of starting points and end points part of the performance appraisal system.

  5. Attitude and mindset become measurable when a scale is assigned to each of the starting points and end points.
