Message-transfer methods

In an act of communication, we can choose from several forms of getting the message across to the receiver, depending on the content of the message and the target group.

The concept in brief

  1. There is no difference in effectiveness between the seven message-transfer methods; storytelling is the one we use most often.

  2. The ability to visualise does not depend on talent; it is a competence that anyone can develop.

  3. With each method, we must have a precise idea of what our message is and what effect we want to achieve.
