The concept in brief
The seven verbs apply equally to leading processes, value creation, people and groups, and can be interpreted in all five areas of leadership.
In leadership work, the proportions may vary over time and from person to person, depending on the subject of the area of leadership.
We recommend that leaders assign each of their processes to one of the seven verbs; this way they can organise their leadership work into a system.
