The formula for employee effectiveness

The model sums up what is needed, and in what system, for an employee to achieve the expected result that has been set.

The concept in brief

  1. For effectiveness, it is essential that the employee understands the task, its reason and its goal – in short, the expectations placed on them (the Commission Cross).

  2. The second condition of effectiveness is that the right methods are available for meeting (and exceeding) the expectations, and that the employee can use them.

  3. The third condition is action: the employee must have the drive to act.
