The concept in brief

2. One measure of leadership effectiveness is how well the leader can define the strategy (what).

3. Another measure of leadership effectiveness is how well the leader can provide a framework for work and build a system around the processes (how).

4. The third measure is how well the leader can lead the employee and the team and delegate processes.
