The 10 basic laws of organisational operation
The model contains the themes and basic laws whose implementation and observance ensure unified organisational operation.
The concept in brief
The basic laws of the model give guidance on both the what and the how of organisational operation, and also cover questions of attitude, communication, decision-making and agreement-making.
The model is only fully effective if it is accompanied by a reform of the operating system, since it contains several recommended actions that affect the operational side.
Running the model requires consensus among employees, but it is the leader who creates the framework.
