Viewpoints
The system of viewpoints sums up whose point of view is worth thinking through in a decision-making process.
The concept in brief
In the decision-making model, when examining reference points, criteria and viewpoints, the viewpoint is the third element; the other two always come before it.
The model lists the process actors who are directly or indirectly affected by our decision, whether or not they take part in the specific process.
The viewpoints do not need to be ranked; we have to put ourselves in each of them: I think through how the decision will affect the actor concerned, and how they would decide.
The model contains a total of 12 viewpoints in 7 categories.
