Individual answersbelong to the respondent alone. Everyone receives their own result and no one else’s.
The managersees only the aggregated team report.
The summaryis produced from at least 3 completions; with fewer, individual answers could be traced back.

What it is about
This self-assessment test helps you get a comprehensive picture of the extent and quality with which the elements (known as “inputs”) your team needs to work effectively, safely and developmentally appear in your leadership. It therefore also measures how far you manage, in your everyday leadership, to be a leader who provides a framework.
Why measure it? In more and more places, the directing, prescriptive leader has been replaced by the leader who provides a framework. This is necessary for employees to develop their talents and truly show what they can do. For a framework-setting leader, knowing the leadership inputs is essential.
What does this assessment reveal?
- To assess how far the leader’s current way of working matches that of a framework-setting leader who provides leadership inputs.
What do the respondent and the manager receive?
- The respondentIndividual feedbackScoring is simple: for each statement (5 per input) of every input (9 in total), you select the matching point on the scale.
- The respondentVisual profileEach has a score (between 1 and 4), which the test adds up.
- The managerManagement summaryThe HR manager or managing director receives a single aggregated report on all completions – without individual answers.
