The Simple Seven
The Simple Seven contains all the processes and activities that an employee carries out in their everyday work.
The concept in brief
The processes of the Simple Seven are independent of position, job, field, industry and occupation.
Using the model makes work conscious.
The concepts of the Simple Seven follow a fixed order: we always start with the agreement, and standardisation always comes last in the sequence of processes.
The model can be used as a basis for drawing up a job description, a description of a process position, or even an individual training plan.
The Simple Seven can also be the basis of an employee’s performance appraisal: by assigning values to the individual points, we can quantify and evaluate the employee’s performance.
