The system of inputs

The model contains the inputs whose presence creates the possibility of quality work.

The concept in brief

  1. The framework of work is provided by three types of input: employee, leadership and owner inputs.

  2. All the input types are needed together; the absence of any of them causes disruption in work.

  3. The system permeates work: these inputs must be present in every process.

  4. Providing the inputs should be seen not as a static but as a dynamic process: let us develop them continuously!

  5. The basis of balanced operation is the standardisation of the provision of inputs.
